  11. We use Nortel KSU system with DR 5 software and DID
  12. (Direct-inward-Dial) phone trunks.  We are also using FaxTalk in one
  13. of the stateion as the Voice Mail for our main phone number and all
  14. other callers that dial in using other DID phone numbers need to enter
  15. an extension  # in order to transfer to the particular Voice Mail box.

  18. Are there any device that let FaxTalk get the information from the
  19. Nortel system so that it knows which phone number the caller dial in
  20. and transfer to the particular VM box automatically?

  22. I heard something about CTI.  Where can I get more information on this
  23. topic?  Due to the small size of the system, we can only afford to
  24. spend around $2000 on VM system, are there any small VM system that
  25. fit our budget and good?
